Geez, that's a tough one. I would almost suggest the Death Note group. Like L, Misa, and Light in halloween costumes. L consuming huge amounts of candy from Light's bag, Misa hanging on Light (much to Light's chagrin). Heck, you could probably have L dressed as Light and Light dressed as L or something like that. And do the handcuff thing, too!
