Yes, well...Draco's birthday has yet to prove itself importantin the books. He would still have his "duties" no matter when his birthday is. And yes, I guess it matters his AGE in the sisxth book (when he wasn't able to take the test for the Apperating thing) But the way I have it set up all of that still works, he's just a few mounths younger. If the EXACT date of his birth is important in the last book, well, I'm screwed. I just read the books; she nees to specify certain dates in there is there for me.

Heh, yeah. He was meant to be a girl but then I changed my mind and was too lazy to redraw him and he was already inked. I'm gonna draw a better one sometime where he'll look more like a guy. Thanks for the comment.

I started reading them in the late 90's too (actually, my dad had to read them to me because my mom thought they were too hard for me to read. Ha.) But that's why I was convinced it was later than that. *sigh*
I looked at the thing for Draco and it says his birthday is in the summer. Crap. oh, well, I can change that, and whatnot. It is MY fan-fic, after all. And none of that is important to the actualy HP book and neither are the a...*cough* I can't give away that. THat would ruin it. Crap. Now you know that there is something that is not particularly accurate that I ahve changed and it will give away something. Okay, maybe that's not much to go off of.

Sense it is modern times, this is placed in 2002-2003 and is their fouth year, obvoiusly. I don't know when everyone else's is placed, but J.K. Rowling made it pretty clear to me it was recent. (ex. Dudly throwing is Play Station out the window)

You are missing a comma and there are quotes that I'm assuming that you just accidentally placed there. Like I said, nothing major. I'm slightly dyslexic so my errors are usually more noticeable...
And yes, I agree that a fan-fiction is just a story of how the reader would like the series/book to go. So don't get angry with me in other chapters and be like "Gahhhhh damn you ruined it!" but it fits. Oh, and one of my favourite words is "dog" so don't get too wound up on that...'-';;; You may say that Draco is out of character a bit, but he's a teenaged guy he can't be an @$$ all the time to everyone.
