Kekkei Genkai Explaination: Instead of producing normal flames, the user (Usually the Hayashi) Are able to create Blue Flames which are more powerful and chakra draining. The Fire is said to last 3 days and 3 nights (Not as strong as Black Flames though) The user MUST have peace at mind when using or could easily lose controlling causing burn wounds or boils. Most Hayashi clansmen aren't able to use this Kekkei Genkai because they are either to weak minded or not of pure blood.
