If you want to animate pics, all you need is an application that puts together a bunch of .gif images. Just make the pictures in the order you want them, add them to the animator, and hit the animate button! If you want to use the animator that I use, drop me an e-mail at neonlemmy@hotmail.com. BTW can u tell me how to make animated avatars?
