Well, when it comes to uploads that are not one's own, there's three kinds:
1 - User who acknowledges it's not their own but tries to upload it anyway. It is still deleted or rejected (FAC is not an image-hosting or -sharing service), but other than that there's no hard feelings.
2 - User who acts as if it is their own when uploading it. It gets deleted, rejected, and logged for our reference, we do take theft very seriously and if someone tries to take credit for another's work we are deeply offended.
3 - User who doesn't fall into either of the above, is just plain clueless about uploading it, who only types Descriptions like "I LOVE (character name) !!!!" It gets deleted or rejected, and logged for our reference, and we are mildly offended by it.

100kb is still a little on the large side, but yes it is better.

(And I don't have a copy of the cat image that I could have used.)
