...hi....lol whats a 1337? dont ask. i am not okay but i wanted to ask, am i aloud to take pictures off my phone of what i draw then put them on here? because im on a laptop and i dont have a scanner hook-up yet.

Phone camera? I don't think it would be a problem from a policy standpoint, however I would strongly recommend against it. Cameras aren't the right tool for capturing notebook-paper sized drawings at all (poor image contrast and lens distortion among the reasons), with phone cameras the least among them due to their lower image resolution and lack of good exposure-adjustment controls.

k welll...i have a 10pxl camera n the pics are like, crystal clear and ive already taken picture and u can see the image perfectly clear i even took it from a far distance but used zoom and still came out awesomly

Well, if the image comes out clear and readable, that is good enough. It is just more difficult with a camera than a scanner.

Yesterday, there was some kind of flame team trying to flame on pictures they see. I'm not kidding. I blocked them.
