i know. thats what i do. its better to talk about it than to keep it in beucase that anger. that anger that dwels with in you. its flaming. and sometimes you got to let it out. you always feel better after you cry. i know i do. beucase it releses stress. and sometimes its best to let it out or you're just going to reat yourself up inside. now if you wanna talk about kay then fine. i don't mean cuss her out. i mean talk about whats bothing you about it.

you need to beat yourself up. you have to have tuff skin to get though this world. everybody, talks about everybody. i know. thats what you think. do you think you might be jelouse of kay. i mean she's not ugly, she's normal waight. and she's very sweet and talnted. you have grate trates. you're funny, sweet. you have a good heart. but you did something wrong. you're only human. and humans make mistakes. but the thing is. you have to forgive yourself/ for treating her poorly. you have to forgive yourself. and let god forgive you.
