Yes, I'd love to draw Tikal for you. ^_^But I haven't done sonic art in years, and I've sort of forgotten what she looks like. Do you think/ or know of a link you could send me for reference? If not, I'll find one, but I wanted to check with you first to see.
Because I'm wound up so tightly at the moment, it will probably take 4 to 5 days until I can get around to doing it. Greatest apologies; I usually post requests the day of or after they're asked for. -_- But I'll do it, sure enough.
