^^ thats the easy bit

after you submit your pic to fac, bring your picture up on screen. at the top of the screen, there is a little white box with writing in it, there might be a little pheral icon in fron of it (Pheral being the Fac logo cat)

click and drag the mouse coursor till all the writing in the box is highlighted then press Ctrl and C together on the key board, then go to my profile, click in the comments box as of you were going to type a comment and then press Ctrl and V together and the writing that you selected on your profile will appear. this is called copy and pasting. what you selected is called the URL and after you post the comment you'll see the link appearing as a comment on my profile

this is a link to your profile, if you click it you will simply be brought to your profile :)
