aw well i actually got out of the hospital on Monday.
I was cutting and had suicital thoughts and i was scared of what i could of done...
I'm now in group theripy so i'm doing ok.

well actually i got that from someone else.
so i just passed it on.

basicly i'm not allowed to hand out my address to anyone even if i trust them.
i don't know where they sell those bands anyway.

I am just messaging people to ask if they would be willing to help raise awareness to the poverty in Africa and the G8 summit. I'd love it if you could help. If you wish to here is the info. Of course if you don't support the cause then you don't have to but it would be lovely if you could.
