lol You just asked about what I use to color in one of my pics, right...Well, I'll tell you the basics for my coloring. I just use color pencils and water-color pencils...sometimes oil pastels. But not so much them anymore. And I may stop using water-color pencils as much as I do. That's pretty much it :]
