Hi :D Thanks for commenting!
As for the way I draw, I usually draw directly on the computer using a tablet. I'd really rouchly sketch out the basics (rough circles, lines.. enough to indicate the basics of the picture, the fundamentals for body porportion and the gist of facial featuers and details. I'd most likely draw over this rough sketch two or three times more with a still rough but more detailed outline, which I would then use as a guide when I CG. I'd generally dropped outlines in my more recent works so I end up jumping right into the details during my coloring, if that's what you mean. Anyway, that's it, I think. XD

Yeah, i know. Specially when you can't seem to get the idea for the bg. But at the end, the result is wonderful! (even if it takes centuries to finish them). What i do is that when i'm watching tv, i grab my sketch book and begin placing the idea. Befoere the movie (or cartoon) is over, i got my pic done. Thankx for the comment and welcome into my house of madness.

you've got some nice things going on here, i'm not entirely sure why you feel you need MY help... ^_^ but if you have trouble drawing/coloring muscles, i'd suggest studying anatomy. use an anatomy textbook or find photographs of muscular structure and study shape and the way shadows and highlights fall under different types of lighting.
