Same thing with the kindergarten thing and I live in a very small town so my "kindergarten" friends were my friends all through elementary.

I made my first real friend in 8th grade as well. I'd known her since around 4th grade when she moved to my town but we didn't become best friends until 8th grade because I was a jerk before that sad to say lol We're still friends now though ^^
