*head is throbbing with hatred* The F***ing  assholes...who do they think they are?!? Gabi it sounds to me like your the ONLY sane one in that coffee shop full of retards (`scuse my language) and they're making it look like your the one with the problems! First of all Josie has NO work ethic. You're obviously working with a woman who dreams she's brilliant but in true reality she's nothing. She picks on you because she is intimidated by you. She thinks that you are going to make her look like a fool in front of everyone else (which you have brilliantly I'm sure ^^) Your smart, lovely, quick, sharp, and very opinionated and for some people, that scares the living shoot out of them. She probably feels that if she picks on you and your slight mistakes she will gain the respect from the others.
 
     And it also sounds to me that everyone working there is using you as their scapegoat which is highly unprofessional. I think Josie is having some serious issues and she is bringing those issues with her to work and dumping them on you, and that just creates hell on earth because of all the back stabbing and lecturing and what not... GRRRRRR..... (I really wish I could give this woman a piece of my mind. The idiot.)
 
     Gabi, mistakes are bound to be made, but that's how we learn. If we were perfect all the time and never slipped, that would just be freakin' scary. And never ever never think that you deserve what you get from that lady. You're probably the only one who is truly trying to work at that coffee shop! How ironic... Josie doesn't seem to have much of a life and will probably be doing what she is doing for the rest of her life (yuck), but you have a whole future ahead of you and all the qualities to strive for the greatest. You intimidate her so much that she feels threatened by you and her natural instinct is to protect her territory, because she knows how clever you are and how easily you could make her look like a fool.
 
     The only thing I'm concerned about is the fact that you are always getting put down and lectured. This place clearly has an unhealthy atmosphere about it, and I don't want you to feel trapped by it. Maybe you should plant a secret camera in the place and just let it run all day, then show  your parents or whoever what is really going on.
 
     Gabi, your a wonderful person, and you don't deserve this treatment. *hugs* You're doing the very best that you can and it's not your fault. Josie is clearly having some serious issues and the fact that you intimidate her is making her more frazzled. ^^ You know...what comes around, goes around. Josie is getting herself into some dark charma. Mwahahahahaha!!!!!!

LOL i can't hate anyone LOL altho sometimes if someone upsets me i won't like to hear ther name and call it a taboo to speak of them LOL but i can never hate. especially u. coz ur mega ace and i feel the exact opposite of hate for nice peeps like u hehe. people like u and a handful of my other friends are respectful and kind. and u all mean a lot to me. so dont say hate LOL

Gabi, Gabi, Gabi ooooooo GABI! The most wonderful thing in the world is happening to me today!!! ^^ We're finally getting HIGHSPEED!!!!! Isn't this postively amazing?!?!?!The guy should be coming in about an hour or so, and and...I'm so freakin' excited! Yay! No more dial up! Weeeee! Youtube here I come! Mwahahahahahahaha! (watch me dance with the guy and scare him away. 0.o no no, I forgot. That's the cats' job. At my house we have cat security, cuz whenever some one comes and parks their car in our drive way, the cats all flock to it and investigate. Bart especially enjoys sliding down the windshield. ^^) But yeah, the guy is going to install a 400 dollar satellite -ouch!-and we'll be home free! I. Can't. Wait.

A person with your qualities will go far in life and prosper I'm sure, so don't sweat about the stress or time that seems to be flying away. ^^
