would it be possible to get a pic of me and hatsuharu from fruits basket? i have long black hair with blue tips, i'm punk, gothic and a tomboy. i like buckles and chains and leather stuff. i have black eyes with red and gold specks. could it be like, that he just turned back from an ox into a human, and i'm kinda infront of him (no, i dont want it rated nc-17 or r, just maybe pg-13)

Alright, time for criticism. You're work is really good, especially proportion-wise, but you need to work on coloring. You're pictures would look amazing if you'd shade. Look at some of the better artists coloring, like seifer-sama or maybe even my stuff and try to imatate it (the coloring, I mean). Then, just draw a random pic and try to color it...That was a long rant...wasn't it..? Sorry again, I've had a long day. You don't have to follow any of this if you don't want to, but I'm sure it'd help. Try not to change your style either, it's special. Later. Shan-Chan ^.~

No offense taken when you said "it looks like chalk". Chalk would be a medium too, right? But anyway. Last summer I developed a technique where I shade the drawing in reverse (dark colors in light areas, light colors in dark areas), then invert it on the computer after it's been scanned. The process creates this really unique, light-on-dark look that works really well for night scenes, in many cases better than normal shading would do (e.g., "Dragon of Eleents - Twilight", "Troubled Waters" pics) . By now I've done seven pictures using that technique, and you can always tell which ones they are because I attach little thumbnails of how the picture looks on paper (reverse shading and all) at the bottom of the image.

I guess it's become one of my artistic trademarks, I don't see anyone else trying it. It takes a little faith to believe that you choose the right colors, but when it works, it WORKS.
