Oh, I went crazy trying to figure that out. First go to file and click EXPORT ANIMATION, then save it as whatever. It took awhile 'til I figured out the best combo of things, Dithering-Error Diffusion and Palette is Optimized, NOT WEBSAFE, don't change anything else exept the size if you want.
