hm, maybe this is intrusive of me, but i saw your comment on defydeath_defyme's zelos pic. ^^- I have ToS too [it is a kickass game!!!] and if you want to do 2 player [it can go up to 4, actually] open the menu, put the top 4 charries in place [to match the controllers and such] and then go to tech. at the top right-hand corner, it'll say manual, semi-auto, or auto.
Auto is usually selected for everyone but the first character- that means that the players are computer-controlled. You should usually change it to semi-auto, which makes the character automatically move in to the target it has when you select a move for it and such. It's good when you start out, hell, i only tried changing to manual when i played the game for the second time. ^^; Manual, as you can tell then, is when the character moves directly according to what you say. Good if you want to back away and if you prefer to attack closer or farther out, but it takes a while to get used to. ^______^
....okies i'll shut up now. Any more questions, feel free to ask. ^_^ [not to sound like a know-it-all, but i'm playin' the game through for the 4th time now. it's AWESOME!]

AAhhhh you write such good stories! and I can't wait for you to get a scanner, i'd love to see your pics! The ones you already have up are very nice, considering they were [were they?] done on MSpaint, that program IS very hard to use. ^_____^ and your profile's funny and serious at the same time, I love it. ^^- You have an awesome way with that.
Keep up the good work, and please update! I'd love to see some more chapters! You better not give up, you've got real talent here! ^^-
