What a shame it would be to lose this mediocre online art application. Allow me to dredge some care from GiveAfrack Bay.

By using the site without viewing ads you are a drain on FAC's limited resources without giving back what pays for them.
Have you ever stopped to think about the users who pay for their computers and their internet connections? We have rights too, you brainless dickheads. If you've got problems funding this little project of yours, perhaps you ought to employ other methods of generating revenue. Like merchandising, for example. Simple. You don't need a fracking B.S. in Marketing to come up with this.

So, basically, there's a chance that even if I agree to waive my rights to view an ad-free site, I might still have to deal with the inconvenience of being automatically logged out with every other page I navigate? And this is where I call bullshoot. News flash, you pinheads: nobody needs FAC. Nobody is going to miss it if this place goes under. And I guarantee nobody will cry over it. There are better art sites out there, ones with better programming and recognition, ones who don't force their fascist ad-spam policies down the throats of their dedicated users. FAC is an expendable piece of crap, and maybe when more people realize that, we will cease to be such a fracking drain on your delicate servers. There, everybody wins.

Because I strongly disagree with Fanart Central's policy regarding "mandatory" ads on their site, and because I refuse to give up my right to filter content on an internet connection which I pay for, I am withdrawing from this community and deleting my gallery.
