If you have Microsoft Paint(some call it MS Paint) you can open the pic you want to resize in it, go up to the Image section of the toolbar, go to Strech/Skew, and it asks what the size of your pic should be. The default number should be 100, but the best number(in my opinion, you may want it to be bigger or smaller) to type in is 10. Once you've typed that in, click OK and it may take a while to resize it but it should be smaller. However, one time resizing is all for one picture. What I mean is that once you resize it and if you don't like it, don't try resizing it on the same window or it'll get messed up. Just click out, Do Not Save, and try it again.

Draw what you think looks good on him. And if you try a million times and it doesn't come out right, take a break and come back to it!
