About me!
I'm Kirsteen. Born and bred in Shetland. Yes, that non-descript little blob/isle at the top of Britain that is occasionally shown on the weather map. Freezing little blob with 9 months of winter a year( No joke!) . I've always had a love for drawing. Well, with all that rain and wind, hail and snow, you need something to keep you sane. *lol*
Some of my first memories are drawing on newly painted walls because I ran out of paper! *lol* I'm a fan of all things arty! Many of my French lessons are spent doodling portraits of my classmates on odd bits of paper. I study art at school. My favourite subject! Next to art though is English. I also love writing stories. But I haven't had the chance to get some stories on here yet.

hi thanks a.. for that one i didnt actually use a brush. i just did the black pencil areas over with a black fine liner (like a friend of mine uses) and used normal pencil on the rest. it does make it look a bit different. killed all the smudges in photoshop XD grrr. hate smudges that aren't where they're supposed to be >_Lex on June 16, 2006, 4:42:55 AM

Ah yes! I've heard prismacolors are good pencils...I should try them. Crayola just isn't doing it for me anymore! lol Okay, about the art trade! I was hoping you could do this: a wolf howling and the moon behind it. Then next to the wolf a profile of a girl. Just the head and neck. (kind of looking off into the distance) Kind of know what I mean? She has long slightly curly blonde hair and gray-blue eyes. And in her hair would be an eagle feather. (you would be doing just the head and neck) I can give you more details if you want and if you don't want to do it that is completely fine with me! Hi!Sorry I haven't commented in a while. Things in the US are just as crappy! Especially when Canada is always blowing frigid cold wind in the jet stream right over us, then under us to make sure none of that southern warm air comes up. But summer has been okay! You never know what it's going to be like from one day to the next! Oh, and I was wondering if I could request something or do an art trade with you. If not, that's totally okay!! I hope to hear from ya soon!

Oops, sorry - I didn't answer your question... I colour with Derwent coloured pencils. I got a beautiful 70-piece box set for my Christmas a couple of years ago and haven't looked back since. Before that I was using good old Crayolas, but I want to try Prismacolors... a lot of Americans use them, but I think they're hard to find in the UK just now! not @ all ^_^!!!! i watched all of it in 3 days n realy want it on dvd now!!!!! ^_^ i been on ebay day have it 4 quite cheap but just budge ma mum cos i spent £50 on dvds 1 time n £40 this time i go a little made wen buyin dvds online ^_^ i bought 3 parts of one piece now i want 4 n 5 n wolf's raian so im gettin a job yey money!!!!!
