u did it on MS paint right? thats the only program i know how to resize on, on the top click Image, then Stretch/Skew, then enter in the two blanks at the top, the percentage of the size you want it to be: for example, if you hit 45 in the top blank and 45 in the second one from the top, the image will shrink to 45% the size of its original size
