Yes and no. It depends on what the concept is. It takes a long time to do a picture, so I don't like to do anything that isn't in the anime, such as un-canon pairings and OCs, just because I like to draw things that most people will enjoy. Aside from that, I'm up for hearing what you might have in mind.
