The youngest mangaka who is actually doing something big with her talent. I like NARUTO (has it taken over my life? bingo.)and spriting (sonic style). I write a manga called demon school which can be found here: http://www.sds-online.thewebcomic.com/

Hm... practice. I've heard a lot of great artists say that and it's true. Practice helps.^^Be patient.
Don't try to be like everybody else or manipulate exact styles of great artists. Add your own style er individuality.
It won't hurt to look at tutorials.^^
