When you go onto the profile highlight an area of where you want the picture, and look along the toolbar of the textbox where it has * B I U then the three text placement options then a kind of pic of the globe with a chainlink infront of it and a envolope.
the one you want to use is the one after the envolope click on that and it you get a kind of box on the top of your screen that says

Image URL
Then another box with http : // in it. you highlight the webadress of the picture you want from the internet then paset it into that box and press okay.
