Ancient_Naiad_WishesHi! Thank you for commenting and asking about my work (even if it was ages ago- I'm a busy person v_v) I really appreciate it. And to answer your question, I used OpenCanvas 4.0. If you want to try it out I'm sure if you google it you can find tryouts! It's a really nice program.
 
Your arts awesome as well, I don't really watch Naruto (at all, we don't get it over here) Anyways, keep it up!
