Well actuly i could use a bit of help.... HOW do i scan it so that you can see the whole thing?? I use size A manga paper...and i can only get a strip to show up!!!! ;_;

I've never used manga paper, I confess ^^;

I just use normal A4 paper. How big is manga paper?

Well.... my size (A) is pretty big. Its 220x310mm. Its pretty hardy, and thick, so its great for inking. Unfortunly...my stupid small scanner only supports the normal size, computer paper. DX Try manga paper sometime, its really fun to use! And its cheap! xD you can get about 50-100 sheets depending on the size for $7.00!

That sucks... all I could recommend is go to a scan/ print store, but that would get expensive after a while... I'm stumped for ideas... perhaps your friends have a larger scanner, or your school?

Well, i think my school could make a copy and shrink it..ill try and see what i can do! :D

I haven't heard too many songs by W-inds yet but I plan on listening to more soon. =D

As for bands I'd reccomend. . . If you prefer light music then Klaha would be best and otherwise I'd reccomend MUCC, Swarz Stein, Kozi and Daft Punk (only Daft Punk if you like techno/club music though).

Naw. I don't have photoshop. It's quite alright though, thanks for so much support. Other then the lines, I'm so happy with the way things came out with soda parlor.

You're so wonderful with paintshop, but the thing is you know how to use it. I feel better with my corel cause it's closer to using the paints and stuff outside the comp.
*sweatbead* The soda parlor pic was done using the oils setting (done paintings before) The outling was pencil. I am going to try the liquid ink next time.

Yeah, I agree with you! :) It makes sense that manga is also one kind of art. Maybe my school is more towards the western side of eduction, that's why they don't really allow manga in drawing lesson. Only a few teacher would like to see manga, most don't. I think almost every module in my course would prefer western style. Yeah, even comics. (No offences for western comics or cartoons but I really hate it.) Kinda boring every week in school. Hehe. I wonder why they like abstract art and real image more than those imaginary stuff which I am really quite bad in XD.

Thanks for bothering with a comment. I can pinpoint a few misses myself such as too big eyes and wrong shape of the head, I kind of drew it with my own style (check out my profile to see one of my own characters). I didn't plan much either, I drew the eyes and the rest just grew out py itself. As for drawing on a bus teh shaking was somewhat bothersome, but so was those bloody tunnels. Once again, thanks.

Also you really should check naruto out, you're missing something...
If you didn't know, you can download episodes from various sites, and, I might add, it is legal. I recommend www.thepiratebay.com for the first few episodes and then http://yhbt.mine.nu for the rest, the latter actually puts them up only one day later than they air in japan. That's right, you want to get the japanese ones, I believe the english dubs suck. They are subbed in englis so there shouldn't be any trouble...

Hi my birthday was on the 22nd december. I like 'under the rose' too my other fave is 'vampire hearts' i love the guitaring in it^_^

Friday the 13th and I'll be 13.... I'm scary.

My lineart? I have a skcetch/drawing, scan it to photoshop, and resize it FIRST. Then, I use black brush(size 2) and create a line on a NEW LAYER. If, I make a mistake, I erease intead of go over, and when I color, I use the brush tool like crazy on a seperate layer below the lineart. Then I erease whatever goes outside the lineart. Tip: Optical mouse without mouse pad works best for me. And for solid colors, use the lasso for tight spots. I used it for the orange tip in Grapefruit's hair.

Unless I have a spurt of genius, thats all. In the mean time, use diffrent layers for differing sections/colors.
