Hi^^Yeah I remember...
You just have to open your pic in paint and then press ctrl+w, what I always get is a frame where you can change the format of your pic horizontally and vertically.
What I do is horizontal 50% and vertical 60%, but thats something you need to check out for yourself^^
Hope this works for you^^
