I've looked at all the picture in you gallery, so I'm posting this here as it doesn't make much sense to post it on just one of your pictures.
They are all nice, some better than others as I'm sure you believe (if your manic about your art, like I am, that is.)
As for a few tips, while colouring things like hair and clothing, don't get too rushed, that can ruin a picture. Try keeping you strokes light and soft so you can see the colour but not the direction the pencil moved during the colouring.
The lines you used in your more recent pictures have a definite place on the picture, thats a good thing, so when you colour, take extra care in keeping the picture clean and the colours within their areas.
I'm not going to be a hypocrite. Since I love dark pure colours on my pictures I don't use many light strokes after I've got the colours down. This is where I recommend you broaden your palette, a bit. I use whats called a "colourless Blender" to blend the pictures colours evenly, of course, but it can be used for much more than that. I would suggest you get used to the various way to use it before really using it on a picture, it can also ruin a picture.
In my years of art critiquing, I find the many people like a good balance of lines, curved where they need to be (parts of clothing and of course contours of the human body should be curved) and straight/angular in the same respect. Where you put those curves and lines is up to you.
Sorry for babbling on, I can see a great amount of artistic potential from you. Hone your artistic talent more and more and you'll be producing some fantastic pictures.
I favored the picture of Sasuke, I'm not a big fan of naruto, but the picture has some appeal to me. Nice work.
