Todd: Is something up, Key?

Harry: *puts the pillow over his face* mmmf. Tryin' t'sleep...

Todd: Stop whining about it, Harry. >:P

Key: *points at Todd, then puts a hand on a pillow* shhhjj? :/

Todd: Uhh... you want me to sleep next to you? :/

Key: *shakes her head (close, though) she points at Todd, then his bed, then at Todd again, putting her hands together and restig her cheek agsinst them in the normal "sleep" gesture (go sleep!)*

Todd: Oh wait - okay, I got it now. Durr. <:P *he takes his pill, then gets into bed*

Key: *rolls her eyes and flops back onto the bed, resolving to stare at the ceiling until the next day. she could TRY to sleep, but it wouldn't help (or hurt) her at all...*

Harry: *falls asleep*

Todd: *falling asleep, his eyelids drooping, allowing the drugs to numb his mind. He felt somewhat lost - all throughout the day he had felt lost - and somewhat confused. Key was dead. Key was dead. Harry died too - why were they back? They couldn't... couldn't possibly be... his friends can't die. That would be terrible. Or were they already dead, and he was simply in denial? But... but they... Darkness washed over him mid-thought. He passed out*

Key: *watches Todd fall asleep, simply having nothing better to do. She could tell something was troubling him (if that nightmare lthis morning wasn't a clear sign of that, i don't know what is...) Is it that she's dead? A ghost? only really halfway there? maybe it was that she and Harry died one right after the other... (That must have been horrible, to watch us both die!) she nods to herself (that must be it) then frowns. there has to be a way to fix it. she can't stay a ghost forever, especially not if they get sent back after the battles are over... but would she ever be alive again? would she ever get her body back?* ...ssssjjhhhjhhhhhs....

LATER

Todd: *was frowning in his sleep - TWITCHING, even*

Harry: *asleep*

Key: .... *gets up and sits on the edge of the bed next to Todd, watching him carefully (he must be having another nightmare...)*

Todd: *because of the drugs, he isn't given the ability to be able to wake up on his own. He's trapped in his own nightmare until they wear off. Still shaking, twitching, a grimace on his face, tears start to form from under his eyelids*

Harry: *all like, asleep and stuff*

Key: D:> ....sshhjj...! *puts both hands on either side of Todd's face, wiping the tears off with her thumbs, wishing there was something (anything!) she could do for him...* ...shhhhhh....

Todd: *still asleep and suffering, he mumbles something incoherent, followed by a small sob. He tensed up*

Harry: *asleeeep*

Harry: Well... just don't do it, okay? <:/

Todd: She won't. ^^;

Key: *looks off to the side (can't make any promises...)* >.>; *looks over at Todd and lightly pokes him, shooting him a questioning look (now what?)*

Todd: Um... maybe we should all head back to the room. I'm soaked. D:

Harry: No kidding. At least YOU could actually SWIM.

*they start heading for the room*

Key: ... *looks back at the bite mark* ... *decides that if the furred dragon was still alive, she would make sure to posess her and force her to claw herself to death. the nature of her thoughts is visible on her face, eyes narrowing* ....

Todd: *looks back at Key, and notices this: Key? :/

Harry: *keeps walking*

Key: !? *snaps her head up to look at Todd, startled out of her thoughts, then relaxes. she waves it off* ssshjhh.

Todd: <:/ *keeps walking with Harry*

*they enter the room*

Todd: Tiring day, right?...

Harry: ... I... really need some dry clothes...

Todd: Is that a yes?

Harry: mmuuhh... *opens up a drawer with conveniently spare clothes, and goes into the bathroom to change*

Key: *drops onto her bed, and finds it interesting that she makes absolutely no sound. and that the bed doesn't move--as if she wasn't even there* ...

Harry: *changes into a (barely) oversized t-shirt and climbs into bed, exhausted*

Todd: ...

Key: .... *doesn't like the lack of sound in the room, and sits up, looking around or thr reason* ....

Harry: Slim. Very slim. *is saddened that Claire doesn't remember him, but figures she technically didn't meet him yet. Still, it showed on his face* ...

Todd: Aww... maybe you can write stuff down? <:)

Claire: * when notices this and remembers what the Raccoon said, she becomes slightly uncomfortable* ....So... where do I stay?

Key: *frowns, and looks at her hands (would i even be ABLE to hold a pencil?)* ...ssshhjjhh....

Harry: Eclipse would know.

Eclipse: *there* Know what?

Harry: *jerks his head to Claire* She needs a room.

Eclipse: Oh, sure. You can take 28. That's open. *points* Down that hall.

Todd: You can always possess Harry if you can't pick stuff up on your own. ^^;

Claire: oh. alright. umm... thanks. *heads in that direction* >.>;

Key: *makes a face (why Harry?)* XP

Harry: *watches her leave* ...

Todd: Because it would be funny. XP

Claire: *is gone*

Key: *sticks her tongue out at him* :P

Todd: Well, it's your loss - no communication for Key otherwise. XP

Harry: Huh? Do what now?

Todd: Oh I was just suggesting something to Key.

Key: .... X3 *walks into Harry*

Harry: D8 !! ... *is taken over by Key*

Todd: Weeiiirrd.

Key: D: ... *looks down at Todd (holy crap, Harry's really tall.)* .... XP *makes a writing motion with one hand*

Todd: *laughs at this* hahaha! It's so weird seeing Harry make faces like that. Of course, it's also weird to see Harry with glowing blue eyes and a glowing blue mouth. Haha. Uh, right, I'll find you some paper or something... *suddenly a sketchbook and pencil poofs into his hands* Oh! D: Okay. :/ *hands them to Key/Harry* Uhhh... here. ^^;

Key: :D *takes them, and writes something down, then shows it to Todd* :3

Paper: Hahah, I'm taller than you! :)

Todd: Haha, well, no you're NOT. Harry is, and you're just borrowing his body. XP What's it like possessing him anyway? D:

Key: ... *writes some more stuff down* XP

Paper: Posessing things feels funny. Especially guys. AND HARRY'S WAY TOO TALL.

Todd: Well of course GUYS would feel weird - guys have certain things that girls DON'T. XD

Key: *writes* XD

Paper: exactly my point. I won't be posessing people often, almost everyone here is a guy. iiiiick.

Todd: *pats Key on Harry's shoulder* There, there. At least you can communicate with us... sort of. I wonder how Harry's feeling right now... you kinda took him by surprise. XD

Key: !!! >.>; *writes*

Paper: maybe i should give him his body back... i don't really like it anyway.

Key: ^^;

Todd: Haha, yeah, if he even can, I'm sure he's freaking out. ^^;

Key: *writes one more thing, and hands it to Todd, waiting for him to read it before stepping out of Harry's body*

Paper: oh, he's freaked out. :)

Todd: ^^;

Harry: *shakes himself awake, then looks around frantically* D8> AAHH! WHAT THE HELL DID SHE DO TO ME?? WHAT DID SHE DO??

Todd: Uhh... she possessed you, Harry - that's it! ^^;

Harry: *flatly* WHAT. D8|

Key: *rubs the back of her neck, and gives him an apologetic smile* ^^; *makes a talking motion with her other hand* XD;;;

Harry: ...?

Todd: Um, she was trying to communicate with me by writing stuff down. ^^;

Harry: Well I don't like it! It's freaky as hell! D8

Key: D: ..... <:C *looks down and shuffles her feet, looking somewhat guilty* ..sshhjhh...

Todd: *lets out a sigh of relief, then shouts over to Key* KEY! PULL HIM IN THE WATER!

Monster Hunter: *swims over to Ignis, and grabs onto her, pulling her out of the water*

Harry: *barely conscious, he spits up all the water he swallowed* Hkkgh... *turns to his savior* ... thah... thank you...

Key: *grins, and nods, pushing off the platform and pulling Mikenno in with her*

Mikenno: !??!?! *scrabbles for a handhold, but his claws slide easily along the smooth floor* D8< *breathes fire at her*

Key: *easily avoids it by going underwater* >:3

meanwhile

???: You're welcome. *climbs back up onto the platform, pulling Harry up with her with a bit of effort. his armor was rather heavy* uff... *takes off her gas mask and throws it aside (don't think i'm gonna need it here...) after making sure Harry was okay, she grabs her gun and looks around* What the hell is going on here?

Todd: *laughs at this*

meanwhile

Monster Hunter: *drags her onto a platform* hff... ye be alright, lass?

Harry: 's a war... fuh... fighting th'Origini... wh... who are you?

Mikenno: D8> *roars at Nomines, crying for help, continuing to slide closer and closer to the edge*

Key: *snickers, and continues to pull him over*

Mikenno: *his back legs are pulled over the edge, and he falls onto his stomach, single functioning wing flapping pathetically* D8

meanwhile

Ignis: *coughs up water* hhhh... y-yeah...

???: ...Claire. Claire Orello. Who's on our side? *is rather surprised and confused by the variety of people and beasts on the field-- she doesn't know who to shoot at*

Todd: *watches Mikenno struggle with a malicious grin* Yeah! That's what you get, you stupid dragon thing!

Monster Hunter: Good ter hear it. *lightly pats her on the back*

Harry: *points to the Monster Hunter and Ignis* Not THEM, if that helps. *looks at the machine gun, which he had held onto* Well shoot, this thing's pretty useless now...

Key: *yanks him one more time*

Mikenno: !! *unceremoniously flops into the water*

Key: *satisfied, she lets go of his tail and swims around him, climbing back on the platform with Todd* :D

Nomines: *hears the loud splash, and turns to see Mikenno resurfacing. she groans* Oh for the love of-- HEY! *ducks under a kick from Riolu* >:(

Claire: *points her gun at the two Origini* Hopefully you won't need it...

Ignis: *notices this, and looks up* nrregh... (guns are cheating....)

Todd: Hahaha! >:D

Monster Hunter: Yer only saying that because yer facing the END of it. Fine then - we're through. *yells out* RETREAT!! *carefully walks along the path to the teleporter*

Harry: Huh... I guess we can go back. C'mon. *heads to the Deriviti teleporter*

Origini: *retreat*

Mikenno: *dejectedly paddles back to the other side, now unable to breathe fire* ..... -_-;;

Key: ? *sees the others retreating, and jumps in the water. she snorts at Todd and Riolu, and then points to her back (faster to hitch a ride with me than just swim back, right?)* :D

Riolu: :D *hops on Key's back* You remind me of a Feraligatr. ^^

Key: *raises an eyebrow. she has no clue what that is*

meanwhile

Claire: ... *follows him into the teleporter*

Todd: ^^ *hops on Key's back* Oh, before we enter the teleporter, you may wanna dump this guy... or use the vaporizers in our teleporter room to kill him, or something.

Harry: *enters the teleporter with Claire and waits for Todd, Key and anyone else*

Key: *winces a bit at the second option, but nods (we don't need this thing to come after us again anyway...) she quickly reaches the other side, and lets the other two get off her back before she pulls herself out. she motions for the other two to go through first*

Riolu: *nods, and does so*

Claire: ... *puts down her weapon* ...What is this place?

Todd: *also does so*

Harry: The stronghold. Our safe area where we all stay.

Todd: Hey.

Harry: Hey, Todd.

Me: reminding you that Todd looks like a hunter (except he has eyes)

Me: i knowwwwww.

Claire: !!! *points her gun at Todd* How'd a Whiskey-Delta get in here!?

Key: *comes in through the teleporter, and uon seeing this, she snarls angrily at Claire* SNNRRRGHHHHH....!!! D8<

Claire: *most definitely did not expect a giant crocodile-THING to pop in* D8!!!

Harry: DON'T frackING POINT THAT THING AT HIM! D8<

Todd: Hey, it's okay, she doesn't know! D8>

Vaporizers: *zaps Key, killing the Croc Monster*

Todd: D8 !

Harry: She's okay - she's... already dead, Todd.

Todd: Y... yeah...

Harry: *to Claire, pointing to Todd with a thumb* He can't infect anyone, alright? He's been cured.

Key: *staggers out of the dead monster (wow, that felt really, really weird) she watches Claire carefully* ....

Claire: ....fine. *lowers her gun* not like anything else here makes any sense-- *sees Key* ...please tell me that isn't a ghost. ._.

Key: *rolls her eyes and nods in a "no freaking DUH" way, then remembers that the woman probably saw her as something freaky* ...ssshhjjhsssshh....

Harry: Alright then, it's not a ghost.

Todd: *snorts*

THE RACCOON: HAI GAIS, SOMETHING'S MISSING HERE.

Todd: DDDD8< !! *punts THE RACCOON*

THE RACCOON: WHEEEEEEEEEE! *CRASHES INTO THE CEILING, THEN FALLS DOWN AND POINTS AT HARRY* YOUR MEMORY, WHICH DOESN'T EXIST YET, IS MISSING!

Harry: ... No?

THE RACCOON: NO REALLY *JABS A THUMB AT CLAIRE* YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO LIKE HER AND STUFF!

Harry: But I'm gay! D:

THE RACCOON: NO, YOU ONLY WERE GAY BECAUSE YOU'RE IN A CRACK RP. BUT I CAN CHANGE THAT.

Me: ...please excuse me while I go laugh hysterically.

Claire: *is utterly confused, and shows it* ...was I supposed to understand ANY of that? At ALL?

Key: *was very much displeased with the Raccoon's appearance, but grinned when Todd punted her into the ceiling (she deserved that), then crosses her arms in annoyance when the Raccoon seems to be totally unaffected* ... >:/

THE RACCOON: I UNDERSTAND IF YOU DON'T GET IT MISS CLAIRE ORELLO LADY. OKAY, I'M GOING TO CATCH UP YOUR MEMORY, AND CHANGE YOUR SEXUAL ORIENTATION, HARRY. KAY? KAY. *pokes Harry*

Harry: *jerks his arm (where he was poked) away from THE RACCOON, as her touch was searing hot* AH! *is suddenly bombarded with many new memories, including a few unpleasant ones* AHHH! AAH, frack, WHAT DID YOU DO?? *is now bent over, holding his head and grimacing*

Todd: AHH!! WHAT DID YOU DO TO HIM!? D8>

THE RACCOON: LOVELY THINGS.

Claire: *blinks in surprise when the Raccoon uses her full name, and watches as Harry convulses in pain just from being touched by a RACCOON* D8 .....

Key: *is not a happy ghost. she looks around for the closest person who isn't a part of the conversation, and walks into them*

Riolu: *happened to be the unfortunate person* !!?!?

Key: *takes control of Riolu, then walks over, grabs the Raccoon, and throws it against the wall* D8<

Claire: !?

THE RACCOON: WHEEEEEEEEEEE!! *bounces off of the wall, then comes running back* :D

Harry: Ghhnnnk...! Hhh... hh? *he stands up (semi) straight again, and takes one of his hands off his head, wide-eyed with revelation, and fear* Ah, CHRIST... *to Claire* she's right. I, uh... yeah. *to Key and Todd* and some pretty nasty shoot happens to us in the Safe Zone... well, mostly to Todd, I guess.

Todd: D8 WHAT??

Claire: *raises an eyebrow, unconvinced* They let you into the safe zone? looking like that?

Key: *glares at the Racoon, opening her mouth to yell at her, but is dismayed to find nothing comes out there either (...it's unfair.)* ..... *walks out of Riolu, now looking very depressed* .....sshhjjjh...

Riolu: *shivers* nnnnnnnnnh.... please don't do that again.... D:>

Key: *shoots him an apologetic look* ....

Harry: Well... yeah. Testing and all that. Desperation for a cure. Todd and I were clues, after all.

Todd: Huh? D:

THE RACCOON: YAY.

Claire: How were you cured in the first place??

Key: *stares at a wall, only half-listening. (is it really worth sticking around when you can't do ANYTHING without someone elses help?)* ....

THE RACCOON: *poofgone*

Harry: Some CEDA workers holed themselves up in a maintenance room in a subway. They managed to develop a working cure.

Todd: *looks over at Key, and finds her staring at the wall* ... aw, Key... I wish I knew what was wrong. Besides the obvious. <:(

Claire: ... WELL, then...what were the odds of THAT...?

Key: *looks up, and tries to answer Todd's question by making a talking motion with her hand* .....sssshhhjjjHHSS....

Nomines: *is about to shoot at the distracted ghost, when a sudden wave sweeps her off the platform* !?!!?

Key: !?!?

???: *is standing on what looked like a sheet of ice. she sweeps her arms upward, forcing the water under the croc-monster up towards the surface*

Me: Guess the series? :D

Me: Uhhhhh D; Persona? Kingdom Hearts? Any other game that you play?

Croc-Monster: *is forced upwards, out of the water. He had been holding Todd tightly in his arms, trying to drown him* D8< !!

Todd: *gasps for breath, and looks around, confused by what happened* ...??

Harry: ! :D

???: *keeps her arms up, holding the column of water that held the croc-monster out of the water in place, though she seems to be struggling* Can someone kill this thing so I can drop it? D:

Key: *runs towards Todd and the croc-monster, and tries to pry Todd out of the beast's grip, but is unable to. frustrated, she punches the beast knowing she'll go right through it and can't hurt herself, and is caught off-guard when she can't pull her arm back out. instead, she gets pulled IN*

Me: permission to commandeer this vehicle, ma'am? :D (i'll ask ahead of time next time if its one of your OCs)

Me: But of course! XD

Croc-Monster: *finds himself getting pushed into the back of his own mind* !!??

Todd: D8 ??

Harry: KEY! D8

Key: *is rather confused and terrified herself--then suddenly realizes she has Todd in her arms. (wait. WHAT!?) startled, she drops Todd into the water, and cranes her head around to flail frantically at the new combatant, trying to get her to let her(him/it?) down* D8

???: *is very confused herself, so she holds the water column up* ...?!

Todd: *drops into the water again, but immediately swims back up again, and climbs onto shore* ugh... *crawls over to Harry, and fully gets up, looking at the Croc-Monster* ... is Key CONTROLLING that thing? D8

Harry: I... I think so...

Key: D:

???: !! *understands, and drops her arms, letting Key fall into the water*

Key: *bobs back up, looking for Todd and Harry, and when she finds them, flashes them a huge grin, then dives downwardy*

Todd: She's gonna help us fight! :D

Harry: No shoot?

Todd: *snorts at Harry* Well, at least I can swim. *dives in after Key*

Harry: *glares at the ground* ... that was uncalled for...

Sonezio Redfield: *stabs at Key. He's already been wounded by the croc-monster (his side was bleeding profusely from a large bite mark) and wanted revenge* D8<

Key: D8 *tries to back away from Sonezio, shaking her head frantically (damn crocodiles and their lack of TALKING!) trying to communicate that she wasn't an enemy* !!

Sonezio: *puts the hidden blades away and takes out his sword*

Todd: *swims up from behind Sonezio and grabs the arm he was holding the sword with, pointing at Key and shaking his head* >:(

Sonezio: ...? *looks back at the Croc-Monster, then at Todd. Then he understands, and swims away*

Todd: *gives Key a thumbs up* :D

Harry: *watches all of this above* ...

Key: *grins, and looks around for a target. she sees Mikenno looking out over the Chimera standing on a platform and swiping at Twilight, who was in the water, and sees her chance. she propels herself forward (wow, this thing moves fast!)*

Twilight: D8 *sees the thing coming and scrambles out of its way*

Key: *sails right past her and launches herself onto the platform, jaws open*

Chimera: !?!!? *is snapped up in Key's jaws, and pulled underwater*

Todd: *goes back up to the surface to breathe when he sees this* Hahaha! YES! >:D

Harry: -_-;

Everyone: *fighting*

Mikenno: *sees this, and is rather surprised by the sudden side-change* What the-- .... *knows there's something up. the Croc's not in control... but who is?* ...

Key: *drags the Chimera farther and farther underwater, and releases it*

Chimera: *is not a strong swimmer at ALL, and flails about, trying to paddle down to the surface* D8>

Key: *watches it for a few seconds, then turns away before she takes pity on it and brings it back up. she swims back up to the surface, sticking only her nose out to take a deep breath, then goes back underwater, searching for a new target*

Nomines: *climbs out of the water onto the platform Mikenno's standing on* nrrrgh... stupid girl's a nuisance even in the afterlife...

Mikenno: What? *turns his head to look at her* What girl?

Nomines: *angrily* How many girls are there among the Deriviti, Demon?

Mikenno: .... *looks back out over the water* So she DID die... Shidako will be pleased to hear it when she wakes. But she's a ghost?

Nomines: A rather nasty-looking one at that. *wrings her clothes out* I'm surprised she still acted the same, most ghosts are usually out for vengeance.

Mikenno: Perhaps it's because Shidako isn't here. We'll see what happens then.... *looks back over* By the way, she's taken control of the Crocodile.

Nomines: ....

Todd: >:( *leaps over to where Mikenno and Nomines are, and slashes at Nomines*

Harry: TODD!! DON'T BE AN IDIOT! D8<

Nomines: *is slashed at* aagh! *backs away from Todd*

Mikenno: !! *swings his tail at him*

Key: *sees this when she pops up to breathe again* !! *speeds over there*

Todd: *jumps over Mikenno's swinging tail, and leaps onto his back* >8C

Harry: Goddamnit, I need a gun...! D8>

Mikenno: Don't test me! I know how easily you burn! *snaps at him*

Key: *reaches them, and climbs out of the platform, baring her teeth angrily*

Nomines: !! *pulls out her sword* You're really starting to bother me. >:(

Alex: *taps Harry on the shoulder* Hey. *hands him his machine gun* Put yourself to good use, eh? *pulls out Key's pistols* ...I figured she wouldn't mind. *doesn't know Key's still around--he had gotten to the teleporters first and hadn't seen her*

Harry: ... *he nods and takes the machine gun* Thank you. *he shoots at the bottom of Mikenno's body, making sure to not aim at where Todd was*

Todd: D8< *slashes at Mikenno's face*

Alex: *doesn't have as long of a range with the pistols, so he hunts around for a platform to stand on*

Mikenno: *snarls in pain, and is about to retaliate when he feels the shots on his legs. he turns and aims a stream of fire in Harry's direction* D8<

Key: !!! *ignores Nomines and goes straight for Mikenno, grabbing his jaws and clamping them shut, cutting off the stream of fire* D8<

Nomines: ?! *turns just in time to kick Riolu away* >:/

Riolu: >:C *gets right back up and goes into a fighting stance*

Harry: !! *rolls out of the way, keeping the gun away from the water*

Todd: !! *slashes at him again*

Ignis: *had gotten all the way across the field using the platforms, and is behind Harry* Well, hey there. >:3 *shoves him forward, into the water*

Riolu: *is keeping Nomines busy*

Mikenno: *snarls angrily, violently shaking his head to try to free himself from Key's hold*

Key: *is holding Mikenno's jaws shut* D:<

Todd: *bites Mikenno, hoping it can cause him more pain than his slashing. Surprisingly, Todd finds that his bite is now as strong as a hyena's*

meanwhile

Harry: !!! frackfrackfrack!! *grabs onto Ignis before he falls into the water, taking her down with him* frack frack frack I CAN'T SWIM!! AAHH!! *drowns*

Mikenno: !!! *grits his teeth and tries even harder to get Key off him so he can bite this zombie's goddamn head off* RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGH!

Key: *glances over to where Harry was, and sees him and Ignis go over the edge* !!!!!!! D8 *looks up at Todd, panicked. she snarls to get his attention, and motions toward the other side with her head, hoping Todd will notice the lack of Harry* D8>

Ignis: !! *is also unable to swim. she pulls herself out of Harry's grip, and tries to get back up to the surface, but is having extreme difficulty* D8

Todd: ? *notices Harry, and his super drowning abilities* HARRY!! D8

meanwhile

Harry: *drowning and panicking* Ghhfrack!! frack!! *tries desperately to hold onto Ignis. The least he could do was preserve himself longer than she could. What an embarrassing way to die*

Mikenno: *takes advantage of their distraction, and violently thrashes his head, throwing Key into the water and shaking Todd off his back* NNRAAAAAGH! D8<

Key: *hits the water hard enough so that it hurts. she shakes it off, and goes to help Todd, but then remembers Harry--she's torn* D8>

Ignis: !! *is quickly running out of air--and Harry's extra weight isn't helping. she kicks him off* D:<

Todd: *is thrown to the other side of Mikenno, now helpless* D8 !!

meanwhile

Harry: !! *is kicked off, and goes fully under the water. He is quickly losing air*

Key: !! *casts a glance back at Harry, when she sees another figure in green armor jump into the water, leaving a gun behind on the edge* ....? *has a feeling the person's on their side, so she instead goes to help Todd*

Mikenno: That's enough of you. *rears his head back, an opens his jaws to torch Todd*

Key: *manages to reach Mikenno's tail from th edge of the platform, and yanks it, hard*

Mikenno: *yelps comically, and turns to look back at her*

Ignis: *manages to get to the surface, but is having a hard time staying up. she sees someone else jump in, but she doesn't recognize them--they're not there to save HER* D8>

???: *dives down to reach Harry, and puts an arm around him, pulling him up to the surface*

Todd: *under the water, he finds himself being pummeled into by a fast-swimming crocodile creature. Since his eyes are still forced to rely on echolocation to work, he is near-blind underwater, and suffers because of it* !!

Croc Monster: *smashes him into an invisible wall*

Harry: !! *really wants to help, but knows he can't*

Sonezio: *is having a good time stabbing people underwater*

Ghost: !!! *was about to try to find a way to get IN the water when an arrow whizzes past her face* !!?

Nomines: *is standing on one of the platforms, already nocking another arrow* Didn't last long, huh?

Ghost: *has a sinking feeling that she's going to be able to feel those arrows* ...

Twilight: *happens to be quite a decent swimmer, and spinballs into the croc-monster*

Croc-Monster: *let's out bubbles of air as the force that was Twilight slammed into him. He lets Todd go*

Todd: *quickly swims to the surface to take in a deep breath of air. He shook himself off a bit, then dove back in*

Monster (the one who was with the Monster Hunter): *slashes at Todd with its claws*

Todd: *dodges it, and retaliates with his OWN claw-swipe, which hits*

Monster; !! *holds his wound, where blood flowed from into the water*

Harry: ! *glares at Nomines* Hey! Don't go shooting your arrows at her! D8<

Nomines: *smirks* You could lend her a hand, if you'd like. *takes aim at Key*

Key: >:( *stands her ground, crouching slightly* ....sssshjjjhh...

Mikenno: *still unable to fly, he feels his way along one of the platforms, trying to avoid falling in as best as he can* nrrrr...

Me: screw the 'ghost' thing, i'm getting confused. XP

Harry: *ready to move if he has to*

Todd: *tries his best not to get beaten up underwater*

Nomines: .... *fires*

Key: ! *sidesteps* >:D

Nomines: *hisses as her arrow whizzes past Key harmlessly, and pulls out three more arrows* >:/

Harry: Key, if you're going to deal with her, then deal with her. Don't toy with her until she finally hits you. <_<

Todd: *is at a severe disadvantage underwater, and when he comes back up for air again, he is cut and bruised all over* ghh... *spits up some blood*

Croc-Monster: *shoots out of the water after Todd and pulls him back under again*

Todd: !!!!!

Harry: !!!!! D8>

Todd: Gh... god... *lightly touches Key*

Ghost: *gives him a worried look, and lightly strokes his cheek with her thumb (i wish you could hear me...)* sssshhhhjjjjh...?

Todd: *grins a little at her uneasily* I think I'm okay now... a dream's a dream, after all... *he gets up out of bed, brushes his teeth and whatnot, then opens the door and walks out into the hall*

Ghost: *follows him out, looking around warily. (can anyone else see me...?)*

Me: Answer- yes. just not as well as Todd. she looks creepier to everyone else. how creepy depends on how well they know her.

Todd: *halfway down the hall, he stops and gingerly rubs his head, wincing* ...

Harry: *there* ...! *he sees Key* W-wait... WAIT...!

Ghost: *was turning towards Todd when she hears Harry down the hall (so he CAN see me!) she breathes a sigh of relief and looks down the hallway, placing a hand on Todd's shoulder*

Harry: T-Todd... what... is that Key?? D8> *he approaches them, but ends up feeling uncomfortable. Not because of Key, but because he didn't exactly feel safe around Todd anymore* ... wh... what's going on?

Todd: *smiles slightly* It's gonna be alright now, Harry... Key's still here...

Ghost: *steps forward, glancing back at Todd for a moment, then holds a hand towards Harry, beckoning him closer. she needed to prove she was real* sssyyhhhjjhh....

Harry: *had gone somewhat pale at this point. He walks forward, closer to Key and Todd* ...

Todd: *looks up at the ceiling* ...

Key: ... *puts a hand on Harry's arm, and tries to give him a reassuring smile* sshhh....

Harry: *to Todd, quietly* ... she's a ghost...?

Todd: Yes, but she's not really dead, either. ^^

Harry: You certainly are taking this all in stride, aren't you? >_>;

Key: *glances back at Todd, then looks at Harry worriedly, letting her arm drop* ....shhhhhj....

Me: baha. the zombie and the ghost. who knew?

Todd: *doesn't notice the look*

Harry: *to Key* So you can't talk? Not at all?

Ghost: shhhhjjjjhhhyhhh.... *shakes her head (oh, i wish i could)*

Raptor: *comes down the hall, and is about to step around the trio when he notices Key and steps back* WHOA, What the--!? D8

Todd: Oh, hi. Key came back. ^^

Harry: You can see her?

Raptor: whoawhoawhoawhoa. that's KEY? I-It looks nothing like her...!

Ghost: *frowns. (Harry and Todd recognized me...)*

Harry: Maybe it's different for other people.

Alarm: BWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!

Todd: *cringes, holding his ears* nrrgh!

Harry: D:> *takes him to the teleporter, practicly dragging him*

Ghost: !! *follows them. she doesn't know how much help she'd be in the battle, but she had nothing better to do (and she wasn't about to sit around and drown in self-pity!) if others see me differently, then maybe she could be of some use...* sshhjjhh..!

Everyone else: *give her wary looks in varying degrees of fear--to most of them, she was almost unrecognizable*

Voice: TELEPORTER ACTIVATED, PLEASE STEP FORWARD.

Everyone: *does*

ON THE WHITE SPACE

Todd: ... everything'll be okay, Key.

Harry: GAAHHH!! *freaks out and attacks Todd,trying to strangle him*

Todd: D8 !!??

Ghost: !!! *tries to grab Harry, and starts panicking when she can't do so. (can't even call for help!) she runs for the closest person and steps clearly in their view (though white-on-white is near imposible to see)*

Riolu: *happens to be the nearest person, and takes a startled step back when he suddenly senses that presence again* !! *knows Key well enough to recognize her, though he's shocked at the state she's in. he looks in the direction she's pointing towards* OH! *runs to Todd and Harry and gets between them, forcing them apart with his superhuman strength* ssstooooop!

Me: Key needs awesome ghost powers. XD

Me: She should be able to possess characters and zombies. XP

Harry: *is forced away* ... *tries going after Todd again*

Todd: *smacks him across the face*

Harry: *stops, and lightly touches where Todd smacked him* ah... ahh... don't say that again...

Todd: Say what?

Harry: What you said before I attacked you, numbskull!

Todd: ...

Me: i thought of that, then i went "naah," now i'm just "ok, why not?" so yay. :3

Ghost: D: ....

The Blank Space: *turns a shade of pale blue*

Riolu: *notices this* ....does everything look BLUE to you guys? o.o;

Key: *nods* sshhhjjhh.... *looks around... nobody had physically changed on either side...* ....ssshh....

Todd: ? *looks around* It is rather blue.

Harry: Oh god, what are they doing NOW??

Everyone: *nervously looks around*

Twilight: ... *cautiously edges forward* ...I think it's okay... *takes a few more steps, then suddenly seems to fall into the floor*

Everyone: D8!?!

Riolu: W-WHERE'D SHE GO!?

Raptor: *looks closer* ...It's water. Look!

Twilight: *bobs back up to the top, spitting out water* Well, that was unexpected. *points towards the other side* it's not all water, either, there's paths you can walk on... they're just kinda hard to see. D:

Harry: *panics a bit, but tries not to show it* ... water?

Todd: Oh right. *turns to Harry* You can't swim, can you?

Harry: *shuffles his feet* ...

Todd: h'oh boy... stay up here, then. *takes off his hoodie and shirt, and jumps into the water*

Harry: ._.;

Eclipse: *shrugs and jumps in as well*

Malvagita: ssss... *stays out of the water*

Sonezio: *dives*

All zombies: *sank to the bottom*

Raptor: *does not like getting his feathers wet* mmff...

Riolu: nrrrr.... *takes a running leap into the water*

Key: .... *edges forward until she's sure she's close to the egde, then hops in-- and nothing happens (i can walk on water!?) she has to stop herself from squealing in excitement. she runs towards the other side, still unsure of what she's going to do*

Riolu: Don't worry, I had a nice trainer! It was Ranger's job to make sure the meaner Trainers didn't hurt their Pokémon.

Ghost: ... *lightly rests her forehead against his. She had conflicting feelings about her fate--She was glad her prescence kept Todd from doing anything drastic, but she resented the Fish for forcing her to linger and suffer... the wound on her shoulder still burned* ....

Scott: Oh! Well that's good! ^^

Todd: *in truth, Key's death affected him much more than emotionally. The fact that he thought suicide was a reasonable decision after her death only said too much. The strain of having the two people he cared about the most die... his mind was cracking because of it*

Riolu: *yawns* 'scuse me... it's late o.o;

Ghost: ... *is becoming more and more terrified at the thought of losing Todd. He's lost BOTH of them in quick sussecion, and though they had both come back (sort of), she knew Todd had been deeply affected by this* ....ssshhh.... *very lightly kisses him on the forehead, then pulls away from him, standing up* ....ssjhhhhn...

Scott: Alright then.

Todd: ! *stands up with her* What... what now?

Riolu: umm... see ya on the field... i guess. *runs off to his room* bye!

Key: ssssrjhhhhh... *nods to the beds, putting a hand on one* sshh..

Scott: Bye. :/ *goes to his room*

Todd: *shakily, he nods and takes his pill, then gets into bed* ...

Riolu: *feels a strange... something... when he goes past Todd/Key/Harry's room. it felt familiar, but at the same time completely alien... He gets closer to the door to investigate*

Ghost: *sits on the edge of the bed next to him, looking down at him. (was it a good idea to try to sleep next to him?)* ...sshhjh... *she decides against it. she leans down and kisses him*

Todd: *he weakly smiles at her a final time, then closes his eyes to sleep*

Ghost: .... *stands up, then gets into her own bed. she doesn't bother with the sheets, they wouldn't do anything for her anyway. she stares at the ceiling (can i even sleep?)* ....

Todd: *and so he slept, alone in a room built for three*

THE NEXT DAY

Ghost: *hadn't really slept... though she didn't really feel any more or less tired... just that same burning pain. she gets up, and looks at Todd* ...ssshjh...

Todd: *still asleep, but he was troubled, having experienced a nightmare. He was sweating, and moving about, mumbling things*

Ghost: ... *stands and moves to sit back down on the edge of Todd's bed. she puts a hand on his cheek, hoping that he'll either wake up or calm down* ssshhhj... ):>

Todd: *inhales sharply, waking up* Oh...

Ghost: *smiles sadly, and presses a kiss to his forehead (i'm still here... i'm still here)*

Scott: Mmmeh. I don't really think so. XP

Todd: ... *curious, his sobs quieting, but tears still dripping off his face, he tries to touch the hand the ghost had held out to him*

Riolu: *shrugs* okay, then. *tilts his head* do you guys have Trainers?

Ghost: *there is a slight resistance, but then her fingers pass right through his, leaving behind a cold sensation. Upon seeing this, the ghost breaks down and falls to her knees (can't even touch him... why why why would they do this, why i couldn't i just die) she buries her face in her hands and sobs*

Me: Note: anything more than a very light touch will go right through her, so he technically CAN touch her, he just has to be very careful about it. also, she's like yur ghosts, she can't go through walls and such that were already there.

Scott: Uhh, sure. We've got loads of trainers... we've got swimming trainers, and boxing trainers, and gym trainers...

Todd: *Instinctively gets close to her, down on his knees. He did feel the slight resistance - he KNEW something was there* ... Key... are you... are you real? *he puts a hand on her shoulder, albeit VERY gently, and is somewhat relieved that he can feel an icy cold something*

Riolu: dooooo... they put you in Pokéballs? o.o

Ghost: *looks up at Todd when she feels his hand on her shoulder. (i'm real... i'm here... i'm d-dead...!) she nods slightly, knowing words would be useless in this state (can't even her what i'm saying...) she hesitantly reaches up to touch Todd's hand, lightly brushing his hand with her fingers* ...ssssh...

Scott: What?? Hell no! I ain't going in ANYONE'S balls! D8

Todd: *smiles slightly in relief when he finds that he can still (barely) touch here. So he hadn't gone insane, and Key was actually THERE... sort of* Oh god... oh god...! Oh gh... ohh... nnn... *sobs again, but these were somewhat happier this time*

Riolu: errmm... what? o.o;;;

Ghost: *grips his hand as tightly as she can, trying to contain her tears. (i'm still here, i'm still here... i'm here... why...?)* ssshhh....

Scott: Oh, er, nothing, kid. ^^; No, they don't put us in "pokeballs". They're just US, but training people are their job.

Todd: ... I was ready to kill myself and everything...

Key: *her eyes widen at this, and she shakes her head violently, gripping his hand so tightly she goes through it (you have to keep going without me, you can't just give up because i didn't make it...!)*

Todd: *gives her a very sad small, and a very small, shuddering laugh, almost delusionaly happy* ... It was so that we could be together still... I didn't even care how...

Me: *Scott? XD

Riolu: no, i get it, it's not the same kind of trainers. i'm just saying that it's different. mean Trainers in our world beat us up if we don't do things right. :(

Key: *shakes her head again, but more slowly. (i don't want you to die for me. that's the last thing i want) she considers it a lucky break that she was allowed (forced?) to linger (at least this way, Todd wouldn't try anything drastic...). she moves her hand to lightly touch his cheek* ....sssshh...

Me: No, Todd can teleport now.

Scott: Oh. D:>

Todd: *closes his eyes, still wearing that sad smile. Too much was going through his head at once, and it all seemed to just get clogged up. His thoughts shut down, and a blankness overtook him. No thoughts, other than how happy he was to see Key, ghost or not*

Harry: *his voice is cracked* ... this was all unexpected... and all awful... *wipes away some of his tears. More come*

Scott: D: ...

Jacob: I don't know what to do...

Todd: *still crying in the hall*

Riolu: *feels better now that he's away from all the negativity in the med room, but when he gets near Todd, it's ike all the negativity of the med room coming out at ONCE* ....

Alex: ....goddammit... *punches the wall*

Todd: *very much upset. This is an understatement*

Scott: ... I'm gonna... uh... go check on Todd. *leaves*

Alex: *looks at the other two occupants of the room. it's clear he's upset, and angry, and just plain SAD right now. he doesn't have anything left there now. it was just Key, and he didn't really have that in the first place* ....

Riolu: *swallows, and approaches Todd. He puts a hand on his shoulder* ....

Todd: *quickly turns his head to Riolu, then, seeing who it was, quickly turns away again, trying to stifle his sobs*

Scott: ... *walks*

Jacob: Todd is broken. I'm not as sure with Alex.

Alex: *responds quickly, though his voice breaks* I'm fine! ... I'm fine.... *is obviously lying, but he's doing way better than Todd*

Riolu: *notices Scott coming down the hall, and gives him a sad look*

Scott: D:> ... Todd?

Todd: ... *thumps back against the wall, sobbing*

Jacob: Found it. *points*

Alex: tch... *leaves the room, trying not to look at Key, but he can't help but do so. tears well up in his eyes again and he immediately regrets it, quickly leaving the room*

Todd: *enters his and Harry's (and formerly Key's) room, sobbing more loudly again* ...

Harry: *feels bad for Alex* ...

Jacob: Follow me to a room where I can scan your brain. Come on, now. *leaves*

*a quiet sobbing can be heard from a corner of the room, past Key's bed*

Todd: *his sobbing quiets down, turning into sniffles while tears still raced down his cheeks, making his face itchy and hot. He shuffled over to the corner, now slightly curious*

Riolu: o-oh! I though you looked similar. y-your auras, i mean...

*a wispy gray figure sits curled up against the wall, legs drawn up to its chest, arms crossed and resting on its knees. the face was obscured*

Scott: Uh... sure.

Todd: *still crying, he approached the figure*

Riolu: *rubs the back of his neck, now feeling awkward*

*the air is a bit colder around the figure. the figure suddenly looked up, its tear-streaked face painfully familiar*

Scott: Well, we don't really have "auras" back home, so that's kinda confusing. ^^;

Todd: *lets out a shocked gasp when he realizes what, and WHO this being is, followed by a despairing groan, and more sobbing, shaking his head and backing away. Between sobs, he speaks* I must... must... must be going n-n... nuts...! Y-y-you're dead...!

Riolu: well, ya probably do, you just don't have anyone that can see or feel it.

Ghost: *stands from the corner, keeping a hand on the wall to support herself. her form seems to grow more solid the more she moves, the bite mark on her shoulder is the only color she has left--bright crimson against gray and white. she opens her mouth as if to speak, but the sound that comes out is so quiet and unintelligible, not even Todd will be able to understand it. she looks terrified, sad and in pain all at once, tormented by the pain of death* ssdhhhhhyyy....

Scott; Mnn... true. But I guess your world is more interesting than ours. ^^

Todd: *stares at the ghost, tears still rolling, still sobbing. It can't be real*

Riolu: Well, i wouldn't know, since I've never been there. I'm sure your world is interesting in its own way. :)
