Honestly, this was the best title I could give it. xD An acronym for "color." Sure, why not!
Unfortunatly, there's no real meaning behind this picture. I just like eyes that pierce the soul and different hues. The scanner changed the color tone of course, so I had to fix some stuff with Photoshop. I know, the PS work doesn't fit that well with the traditional Prismacolors, but I did my best. P; BTW, YOU can choose the gender of this person. The artist is confused ABOTU the gender herself. xD
My good friend Ishida said the white background was bland, and I noticed it too, so I changed it to a vibrant orange color and put a little Koji face in there.
SUPER EDIT: Great googly moogly. This picture has been featured, and I have finally stopped hyperventilating. I've made many artistic accomplishments in my life, but this one has been my proudest. Thank-you so much!

xD Oh, oh no! It took 8 hours to make this! I was just saying in general that prize for a picture that worked hard on feels so much better than a prize I get for some 30 min picture(because that's happened to me before). Why thank-you so much! You pamper me too much! ;__;
