Honestly, this was the best title I could give it. xD An acronym for "color." Sure, why not!
Unfortunatly, there's no real meaning behind this picture. I just like eyes that pierce the soul and different hues. The scanner changed the color tone of course, so I had to fix some stuff with Photoshop. I know, the PS work doesn't fit that well with the traditional Prismacolors, but I did my best. P; BTW, YOU can choose the gender of this person. The artist is confused ABOTU the gender herself. xD
My good friend Ishida said the white background was bland, and I noticed it too, so I changed it to a vibrant orange color and put a little Koji face in there.
SUPER EDIT: Great googly moogly. This picture has been featured, and I have finally stopped hyperventilating. I've made many artistic accomplishments in my life, but this one has been my proudest. Thank-you so much!

I first used a yellow crayola color to make the foundation color of the hair. Then I colored over it with a skyblue Prismacolor, then a dark-blue prisma, and I outlined the bottom parts with a purple and black watercolor pencil. Prismacolors are extra waxy and bright, so that's why I was able to achieve this "thick color" look for the hair. It's harder with Crayola colors.

Thanks for the explanation, I would never have guessed you'd got watercolour pencils in there. ^^I'd love to draw more "proper" pics, as there's only a few in my gallery. Most of the time I'm too preoccupied with university work and recurring health problems to start anything major. It's so frustrating, I've got weird colourful pics floating around in my head, waiting to be drawn, some of them dating back years.
I'm looking forward to the day I'll have enough time and energy to devote to them... :)
