Honestly, this was the best title I could give it. xD An acronym for "color." Sure, why not!
Unfortunatly, there's no real meaning behind this picture. I just like eyes that pierce the soul and different hues. The scanner changed the color tone of course, so I had to fix some stuff with Photoshop. I know, the PS work doesn't fit that well with the traditional Prismacolors, but I did my best. P; BTW, YOU can choose the gender of this person. The artist is confused ABOTU the gender herself. xD
My good friend Ishida said the white background was bland, and I noticed it too, so I changed it to a vibrant orange color and put a little Koji face in there.
SUPER EDIT: Great googly moogly. This picture has been featured, and I have finally stopped hyperventilating. I've made many artistic accomplishments in my life, but this one has been my proudest. Thank-you so much!

D; WHOA! No way! xD I am definitely not the best here! @__@ FAC may be a small site, but there are many artists that I'm still trying to catch up to! An artist puts forth her best effort to become the best, and since there will always be other good artists out there improving myself, I can only strive to broaden my artistic horizons and try new things always. I'll never be the best. ;__; No, never. xD Because a REAL artist will always find a flaw int heir own art. See what I mean? ;__; I get depressed telling myself this. woot! another fabulous drawing from the oh-so-fabulous Betty!!! I'm glad that you added the orange BG. It really makes the character stand out A LOT more(this pic really would look bland if it had a plain white BG.)@_@ There's something about the eyes that are MEZMORIZING
