Interesting, If you want it make it work. I think I'm going to rewrite and organize it this more though.

Well I think it depends on what sort of powers they have. For example, one of the characters I'm thinking about maybe using is called a Reader. He/she can touch something or someone and know its whole history and how it works. But people are constantly touching something so he/she would have constant images and such running through his/her head and will often give them severe migraines and they would often be distracted. At the beginning the constant overload would make them black out a lot.
