It probably will^^Poor guy. I really hate that kind of thing. I don't mind fevers and stuff, but throwing up (or any stomach illness) really bugs me.
XXXHolic is one of those that don't look very good, but you get sucked in so fast. Shana is great instantly. Negima...keep in mind it's 16+ shonen material. Though I think it's the mild perverted stuff that gives it the 16+ There's not really a lot of swearing or gore. I'd say you'd be fine with it.
I'm not much of a sugar person, strangely enough. I don't use table salt very much either.
She doesn't mean to, but yeah. She just doesn't seem to understand that I don't want to be bothered sometimes. She needs constant attention. Me, I just want a little peace and quiet ^^' Writing's easier that way.
