I hate to say it, but I have made the inevitable jump over to DeviantART. I will still update here, but quite frankly ... no one on this site cares about art anymore; they just consider it a more private version of myspace, a place to chat with their friends. All the artists I liked have moved on, something that started when the site ceased to be pretty and blue. Quite simply, I feel like the site isn't what it once was. I'll come back when the members of fac start caring more about art and less about their own popularity.

I DUN DRAWED THE SHADOW! :DDD And funnily enough I really like how it came out, except for one bit that's proportionally way off, but it's easy to fix so it's cool. And if I can't fix it I'll just crop it from the picture when I scan it in. :D Yeyyy.
I AM GOING TO GO READ NEW CHAPTER NOW. Haha, I read the new Bleach yesterday. xD And I knew that FTA was down. I'M SO KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THINGS THESE DAYS WOW. Tomorrow is my last day of school that it's awesome. And yes, I shall be spending the night Friday, I guess... It seems a bit inconvenient to go all the way out to your house just to go back. xD Just a bit.
I read one hundred pages at graduation from S&N. I am now on page 169. I'm horribly pathetic. I know. IT'S GOING SO SLOWWWWW. But I'm going to be reading all through math tomorrow so hopefully I can at least have a respectable chunk gone by Friday...

PSYN IT HAS TO BE PSYN. If it's not I'm going to be clueless. Why do I always think things are Psyn? Am I stupid? Don't answer that. I kind of want to go to a psychologist if only to be as weird and morbid and strange as possible but be undeniably cheerful the entire time. I think it would be amusing. I'd love to try posing the question to my dad, though. "Hey dad! Take me to a shrink, I want to see if I can freak them out!" Well, I think it would be funny... Hey, I'm going to post a picture of my new hair so you can envision it. It's a really crappy picture because I took it with my phone, but yeah. It was really sunny so I was squinting. I look really, really pale in it too.
That's how vibrantly red my hair is. It's amazing. HAHAHAHAHA. You'll never guess what happened in Band today. So I was talking to my friend Hilary and I said, "I wonder what we're going to do in Japanese?" Because it's Japanese right after Band. She says, "Didn't sensei say we were going to watch a movie?" And I'm like, "Oh yeah! Whaddaya wanna bet we're watching a Miyazaki movie? Oh, oh! I hope we're watching Howl's Moving Castle! I love that movie!" Then later we're in Japanese and what movie does sensei say we're watching? HOWL'S MOVING CASTLE. My jaw dropped open and I turn around in my seat and yell down the row, "DID I CALL IT OR DID I CALL IT." And then we both nearly fell on the floor laughing because we're stupid.
YouTube is not loading. Damn Internets. I swear, YouTube is my most visited page. I go there first every time I turn on the computer. Mostly because I always have to have music playing in the background if I'm doing stuff. I don't know why but I do and it's weird. But I can't have the TV going. My dad likes to leave the TV on really loud and then go swimming or something. Then I have to get up and turn it off. It's quite irksome. Ever since my favourite shows ended I have grown quite irritated with the magical box of wonder.

WHY HAVE I STILL NOT DRAWN SHADOW. DDDDDDDD: I REALLY REALLY NEED TO. I was planning on drawing him today in study hall but I was really tired and slept through it. So I didn't. BUT I NEED TO TONIGHT. I will draw him right after I get back from Comedy Cafe. Because it's tonight. Yeah.
I'm also having a tough time getting through Strange & Norrell, mostly because while it's excellent writing, it's taking a long time for the plot to develop. I'm sure that once it gets good it gets really good, but right now it's still in the elementary stages. Mostly because I haven't had any time for reading. Blehh. I really just want to read it and get through it! Damn school, taking up all my free time...
I can't wait until school is out. -_- But apparantly it's a go for Friday, so yayyy! I will meet you in Powell's after school... And I'll be sure to wear comfortable shoes. @_@

My dad, being an idiot, insisted he had to have the computer TWO frackING HOURS AGO and stole it from me after I hadn't been on in over a full day, and had had it for maybe five minutes. So this is the first time besides the time two hours ago that I've been able to do anything. Actually, I had a comment all written and everything with probably twenty questions, then my dad stole it and proceeded to SHUT DOWN THE frackING COMPUTER BECAUSE HE FORGOT I WAS ON. LKSDJF:OKSJDF:LKSJD:FLKJ. I was quite upset. Because he does that stuff all the time but doesn't ever let me just finish what I'm fracking DOING first. And then he insists that he's not going to do what he does every time. Then when I become (rightfully) angry when he does exactly what he promised not to do, he gets all offended that I'm upset. URGHHHH. -_-#
Anyway. I've dyed my hair red. Not permanantly, of course, since I'm too lazy to keep up with the upkeep of permanant dye. But it's a very vivid, dark red. Think Beatrix's hair colour, actually, since it's pretty much that exact shade.
I really like the song Soldier's Poem by Muse. It and Starlight are my favourite songs of theirs. I was having fun on Sonos and looking through their stuff. Yes. I like Sonos. It's a delightful little invention. Except for when it's down and I feel more like smashing it to bits against the sidewalk. C: But when I first heard Starlight I was confused because it sounds kind of like U2's style more than Muse's...
Anyway. I'll start over with the questions. Hopefully I can remember them. Because I had some really good ones. BUT MY DAD DELETED THEM. So if they suck, it's his fault.
I'm going to assume they're for a male, so... They will all have male pronouns. Or whatever the frack the things are called. I'm too lazy to actually think...
Favourite food? Favourite colour? If he was dragged by me into a Starbucks and told to order any drink he pleased, what would it be? Favourite beverage? Favourite cereal? If he could have any wish, what would it be? If he were to have a Disney moment and break into a random song while, say, showering, what song would he sing? Paper or plastic? Hands or feet? Does he untie his laces/unbuckle/whatever his shoes before taking them off? If it were his perfect day, what would the weather be like? If he had to be killed but was able to choose the way in which it was done, how would he do it? Favourite genre of books/movies? Suppose he had to make a sudden departure to God-knows-where, and only had time to pack one thing: What would he bring?
That's all I can think of right now because I'm stupid.
You're right! D: I only ever draw August anymore! But I can't help it because I just LOVE HIM SO MUCH. Speaking of which, I drew a horrifyingly cute picture of him last night. Or perhaps more accurately, this morning, since I think I maybe got two hours sleep last night... That may be pushing it though. I don't think I slept last night at all, really. I shouldn't be as awake as I am right now. But yeah. It's him, and then kind of his stats. I'm planning on doing them for all my prominant characters-- that is to say, Gwen, Quinn, Beatrix, and possibly others if I feel so motivated. BUT FIRST I NEED TO DRAW SHADOW. I'm an idiot and I haven't actually started yet... I'm going to start it tomorrow or possibly tonight. Yes.
And thus this comment comes to an end.

Haha! Speaking of Lucifer, I just drew him! Well, the focus of the picture is Crimson and Teacup, but Luc is important too. I really like this picture. o.o Crimson is scary in it. Did you know that he has a really, really bad temper? Well, he does. And in this picture he's basically really angry with Teacup. I won't tell you the details, because I want it to be a surprise, but yeah. It's cool. I still have to draw Teacup though...
I really really REALLY hate proportions. -_-; Just FYI.

Favourite apple:
Yellow delicious, gala, or fuji. Anything soft and sweet. He can't stand granny smith apples because they're so bitter and hard.
(my bad. xD)
I have Thespies tonight. Which is basically the drama department's version of the acadamy awards. I have to find something fancy to wear... You'd think that I would have an abundance of that kind of stuff, rather than a suspicious shortage of it...
Anyway. I shall make it my duty to think of random questions to your characters now. I'm going to bring a notebook around with me and write them down when I think of them.

HO'SNAP I WILL HAVE SO MUCH FUN WITH THIS. :DDD
Who is August's favourite charactere in Potter?
Dumbledore. He's fond of Lupin, Ginny and Luna too, but Dumbledore is his favourite.
What's August's favourite time of day?
Early morning, either when the sun is rising or has just risen. He's not awake to see it very often, unfortunately.
Favourite season?
Late summer, early fall.
What's his favourite tree?
Either cedar or apple.
What language would he most like to learn?
Latin, but it's difficult to learn it because it's so rarely used. He's the type who has to have a lot of outside stimulus to learn a language at the pace he expects of himself. For instance, when he was learning Russian, he moved to Russia temporarily, to a place with few English-speakers. Within a month he was nearly fluent, and after that he moved back home and taught himself the subtleties of grammar, so he could write and read fluently. When he wants to learn something, he really wants to learn it.
Does he prefer hot or cold weather?
He prefers warmer weather. He doesn't like it hot, per se, but warm. Mostly because he doesn't like wearing a lot of clothing.
What is his favourite Shakespeare play?
Probably Julius Ceasar, Romeo and Juliet, or
Favourite movie?
300 or Gladiator. Definitely. He also likes Casablanca. And the classic Disney movies.
In his opinion, the worst movie ever? (these obviously if he lived in our time)
Saw III. He likes thrillers, but that one was just pointless.
Favourite band/song/music genre?
He likes a lot of everything, but his favourite genres are classical, indie rock, alternative rock, and swing. Since he enjoys dancing. Because real men can dance.
Favourite book?
He's a fan of Dracula by Bram Stoker, Salem's Lot by Stephen King, American Gods by Neil Gaiman, Artemis Fowl, Harry Potter, and Strange & Norrell (because it totally seems like a book he'd like).
Videogame/gaming platform?
Wii. PS2 second. Then Gamecube.
Favourite thing to do with Gwen, besides just be with her?
He enjoys discreetly spiking her drinks to see how long it takes before she notices. And a good game of Halo or Gears of War against her is always fun.
What shape drinking glass does he prefer?
Martini glasses. He drinks chocolate milk out of them. (he like chocolate milk.)
What does he think of modern technology as a whole?
It's great, and amazing and whatnot, but can't replace real human interaction and fresh air.
Politics?
Generally, not one of his favourite topics. He finds it boring and tiresome.
What types of candy does he like?
Sweet things. And chocolate. And gum. His favourite candy is probably either candy necklaces, suckers, candy canes, or really dark chocolate.
Favourite type of boat/ship?
Sailboats! And speedboats.
Favourite bridge style?
The arched bridge... I forget what they're called. Structurally, they're quite remarkable.
What does he look for in architecture?
Detail. And old-fashioned elements.
What is his least favourite farm animal?
Pigs. They smell, and he almost lost a finger to one once.
Does he wear wool clothing? (I'm randomly looking around the room for inspiration ...)
No. It's itchy and it drives him nuts.
Ooh! favourite flavour of chocolate!
As dark as it can get. Perhaps with peppermint.
Favourite hot drink!
Coffee. With cream. And tea, so long as it isn't fruity.
Most annoying insect!
Mosquitos. They drive him nuts since they seem to be attracted to him.
What are his views on global warming?
Humans are idiots, and they need to pay attention to the effect their irresponsibilities are having on the world around them.
Who is his favourite charactere in Bleach?
Most likely Ichigo, Grimmjaw, or Orihime.
Hagaren?
Edward or Scar.
Tsubasa?
Kurogane, although August thinks he needs to lighten up a little sometimes. Second probably Syaoran.
Death Note?
Mello.
Of my characteres, who does he think he would get along with the best?
Kitsune, if she didn't freak him out slightly.
The worst?
Probably Psyn.
Who would he be annoyed out of his pants by?
Ari, because he hates it when people mope around.
Favourite gemstone?
Ruby or malachite. Or rose quartz.
Does he like to wear red hats?
Yes, they're quite dashing.
Other hats?
Top hats and fedoras all the way.
What is his favourite modern sport to watch?
Rugby, or hockey. He loves high-contact sports.
To play?
See above.
Which Espada does he like the best?
Grimmjaw!
The worst?
The ninth, whatever his name was.
What's his favourite manga?
He loves how clever Death Note is.
What is his favourite weather condition?
Warm and sunny, but windy.
What does he wish he were better at?
Letting Gwen do what she wants and giving her more freedom-- he's very protective of her, and while he trusts her to make good decisions in judgement and whatnot, he has a hard time not worrying that she's okay. It's probably his biggest fault.
What is a skill he has that he thinks is useless?
He can tie cherry stems into knots with his tongue. Good for oral dexterity, but pretty much useless otherwise. He can also solve a hopelessly jumbed Rubik's cube in under three minutes.
Does he believe in fate?
Mostly no.
In the afterlife?
Well, he didn't until he appeared there after he was killed...
Destiny?
Not really.
If any, what religion is he? Be specific! (I'm having
fun ...)
Atheist. He guesses that there could perhaps be some sort of God, but overall thinks the chances are very low of it being a reality.
What is his favourite piece of silverwear?
Knives. He likes knives.
Article of clothing?
Besides boxers, probably jeans.
What types of flowers does he like?
He loves yellow flowers, since surprisingly, yellow is his favourite colour. So dandilions, sunflowers, daffodils, and buttercups are his favourites. He really likes flowers that smell pleasant as well.
What is his favourite smell?
Rich, warm vanilla, old books, baking bread, and freshly mown grass.
What does he collect, if anything?
His favourite books in every language.
What type of bedding does he prefer (pillows, blankets,
mattress, bed, sheets ... anything else ...)?
He doesn't really like blankets very much, since he tends to get tangled in them. He often sleeps on two pillows.
What is his favourite type of bench/sopha?
Gwen's jade velvet chaise. And divans.
Least favourite?
Uncomfortable or unnatractive furniture is blehh.
What, in his opinion, is the Meaning of Life?
To discover what your talents are, then master them and find a way to use them in a way that benefits the greater good of society. Also, to be happy and live life without regrets.
That took me, like, and hour and a half. *-* It was fun.

FIRST CLAIM TO FAME: At the age of fourteen, while in combat practise with his instructor twelve years his senior, August knocked the man out cold for ten minutes. Such a thing was unheard of, especially since the man he beat was celebrated as one of the best hand-to-hand practitioners of the time.
AND NOW QUOTE ME ON THIS:
"Visually evocotive, with a clever story narrated by personable, human characters, Bleach is definitely one of the most well-executed, relatable manga series I've read to date." Haha. I spent time on that. It's hard trying to fit everything you want to say in one sentence... >_>
