Well, there is the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans on either side of Texas, not to mention the Gulf of Mexico. But for Lakes? Check this:
In Texas, there is a REELY cool landmark called Town Lake. What makes it so special is that underneath it, there are actually hundreds of bats living there! So, every night, u can go there to see them fly and soar beautifully! Kinda creepy, but cool!

Levelland? No, I dint think Ive quite heard of that place before! Im sorry if thats a dissapointment, but I couldnt lie to you!

Well, I guess things are...alright here!^^ In Austin, it almost never snows but rains often. But I have known it to snow in other places like Dallas, where me and my cousin and brother had a snowball fight! But it does occasionally snow here!
Rite now, its a pwetty day! Its nice and Sunny too! Texas has alot of nice fields and plains, amongst other things. Umm, for the clock, its about 5:16 here rite now, basically saying I go to bed in about 5 hours.
But, there's many other things to Texas! But I still don't know wat ya see in it?!?
