bio: Born the brother of sasuke and itachi. Hitachi is cold, calm and collective. only speaking about 10 words and walks away. When Itachi killed the clan Hitachi was not in the village he was on a mission. when he returnd he knew who killed everyone. He smiled and said Itachi you beat me to it. Due to since he feels no fear hes been able to defaet a few jonin. hes smart enough to avoid fights with the saninn and anbu. He carries a scroll around with him that everyone fears. the scroll contains the 10 tailed dragon. Hitachi only used the power once. The dragons power was limited when seal in the scroll so it has about half of its true power.
