*froze* ...............woah! O.O
your country is MORE amazing than mine but thanks for saying that my country is amazing ! ^^ it's really interesting but that's okay if you didn't tell me the history...:) it's amazing that your country has many exciting place to visit! I'm sure I'll have fun at your country (if my parents want to go there..-_-)...XD ok..now about my country...I tell you from state to state..:)
Selangor :
Located on the west coast of Malaysia, Selangor Darul Ehsan covers an area of 125,000 sq. km. Dubbed the "Industrial Hub of the Nation", Selangor is the country's premier state with its huge resources, well developed communications network, industrial estates, and skilled manpower. Here lies Klang Valley - the heart of the nation, which stretches from Port Klang to the foothills of Ampang, Bangi, and Gombak.A pleasing potpourri, Selangor has a fascinating diversity of creeds, cultures, and races in its population. Malay, Chinese, and Indians mingle freely with other minorities such as the Eurasians. Home to more than 2.74 million, Selangor is also the most populated state in the country.
Sarawak :
Sarawak is the largest state in Malaysia spanning 124,000 sq. km. A land of many rivers, rolling terrain, and majestic mountains, Sarawak has also been described as a "Land of Superlatives". It has the country's longest river, the world's largest flower (the Rafflesia), the world's largest cave passage and natural chamber, and evidence of the earliest known existence of man in Southeast Asia.
Melaka :
if you like history, then you should go to Melaka...and the history is about when Portugese ruled over Melaka for over 100 years...and other kind of stuff...( I'm not good at explaining hostories..so...) ^^;
Terengganu :
Despite the discovery of offshore oilfields, Terengganu with its fine beaches remains a holiday maker's dream. Terengganu is one of the Malaysian states, which is endowed with a wealth of charming and refreshing natural landscapes. Terengganu's history goes back to as far as the 1st Century and has long been an important area of Malay settlement. Throughout that time up to the present day, Terengganu has been ruled by 16 Sultans!
Kedah :
this northwest state shares a common border with Thailand in the north. Known as the "Rice Bowl of Malaysia", the Kedah-Perlis rice plains produce more than half of the country's home grown rice supply. It is a land of unique natural beauty, surrounded by much greenery. The terrain of Kedah is considered 'flat' with "kampungs" (villages) scattered over "padi" (rice) fields.
Malaysia is becoming more popular because of The Petronas Twin Towers (also known as the Petronas Towers), in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, were once the world's tallest buildings when measured from the level of the main entrance to the structural or architectural top.They lay claim to being the world's tallest high rise of the 20th century. Critics point out that this applies to only one of four height categories defined by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat - although the three additional height categories were only introduced as the tower neared completion in 1996.
there are many other states that I didn't mention above so if you want to know more about our states and other interesting places..you should visit this website for more details..:)
