Just remember where you saved it, and copy it into fonts folder. With XP, Go to Control Panel, Appearance and Themes, and there should be a folder near the top left hand side saying "Fonts".
Click into it, then go to File- Install New Font...
Browse for the file you saved it in (You may need to unzip it first) and select it. Make sure the boxx Copy fonts to Fonts folder is ticked. Then just click OK.

I used a font called Heartland. I can't remember where I downloaded it, but it was on a free font site.
