I just tried the link but it came up with an error again...did it last time too with another link. So, if you just delete the end of the site address but leave the "tutorial" bit, then it should be ok...the "rain" tip is on the right hand side of the website once you get there...see ya!!

MitchellP asked me to give you the rain tutorial...but um...this is for photoshop. I wasn't entirely sure if you use photoshop though. But if you decide to check it out anyway, it's a good tip.
