oekaki is free it's just an online java based drawing program if you want I can link you to some oekaki boards for beginners

oekaki means doodle in Japanese when people speak of oekaki online they are talking about the online java based drawing programs

I dont use photoshop it is hard for me to understand it and figure out how to color right in it so i stick with oekaki

no I'm annoyed at Naruto because of the damn filler eps
