do you know wat a squat is??? its a exercise for the quadriceps where u bend your knees and lower your but down like you were about to sit in a chair. except for im doing back squats which are done with a barbell which has a lot of weight on it ^^. thats why i need a rack so that i can put the barbell on the rack when im done squatting so i dont just drop the weights down and kill myself. dont want that to happen do we???ranphasetokelly on December 28, 2006, 11:24:50 PM
