No, there isn't any order-thingys to have a lunar dragon. Just submit it, there isn't any those criter thingys ^^ I've heard somewhere that "actual" lunar dragon has blue, red, white or black, but I've seen a lot LDs without them and not getting any negative comment, so just have fun creating your lunar! n__n
