Okay, here I will tell you the big difference betweeen PNG and JPEG. Note how on my FFVII Bishounen picture that it's somewhat blurred, and looks like bad quality. Before it wasn't like that, it actually looked quite nice because it was on PNG. Now PNG is something quite important, if your going to CG or cell shade something you should never save it to JPEG, or else a really ugly blur will appear in your picture once you save it. So not that if your going to CG something make sure to save it onto PNG. And one last thing about JPEG, even with uncolored pictures note how pencil or traditional colored pictures even look somewhat blurred.
