How do you get the talk bubbles to have outlines on photoshop? 'cause mine don't. They just come out as one solid color, so if you deselect it, it vanishes.neodusk on April 13, 2007, 6:24:15 PM

Neosange will have a story arc somewhat similar to that of a ahoujo manga. The characters are also drawn in the style of a shoujo comic. But it is NOT a shoujo comic!! WHY, you ask?
