How do I get staff ZOMG.

The short answer is another site staff member has to think you're worth the position and give you authorization.

The long answer is getting site staff to believe that you're actually capable of doing the job and not just joking around.

I'm not sure I understand the question, but if your account was banned or terminated, there is currently no way to recover it.

There were several pre-existing complaints about that user's behavior, which was part of the reason why he was banned for what otherwise might have been viewed as harmless.

For now I will just summarize the following points:
1 - Attempting to imitate the behavior of another troll or banned user, even as a joke, can be a bannable offense itself.
2 - Deleting a comment doesn't stop site staff from posting replies to it.
3 - Terminating your own account doesn't stop site admins from processing a ban against you.
