thank you for locking that post for me...I'm just the type of person that stands up for what they believe in and don't like to told that I know nothing about what I am doing...as far as the permission aspect went...I did have permission. I'm not getting any e-mails notifying me when any of my favorite artists submit new art. I'm only notified when somebody comments on one of my pictures or my profile.I made sure everything in my setting were checked, too.

When I try to upload a picture, instead of listing the rules in that box, it says "Generic rules file. If you are seeing this, something is wrong" even if I ignore this, when I press upload it says Error.
If you could help me that would be great.
