So, let me make sure I have this straight...The place is a giant floating tower created by the Gods...
It rose from the water so some of the floors and rooms are filled with water. Luckily, the water level drops and rises occasionally.
There are boxes and barrels in the level that you can ride on when the water level rises.
When u first come in, there is a door that u can't open without saying the sign on it. It's saying that u have to lead 3 stone statues to glowing platforms to continue.
When the shut door opens, u see a statue that tells u how to make the statues follow u. U can only make them follow u with an ocarina. (I'll just say that u have one.)
We'll need to do 2 things:
1:Get the Roc's Cape to glide and get objects and ring the bell.
2:We'll need to ring the bell at the top of the tower to beat the level and open 2 new worlds!
But we'll have to beat Gohdan to ring the bell.
So, in entirety, we have to get on a box, wait for the water 2 rise, then use the Roc's cape to ring the bell.

2 things,k:1.have u never heard of the legend of zelda wind waker
2.in other words:
The tower of the gods is one tricky dungeon.MOST of the dungeon is flooded with water,which makes it difficult to get from one place to the next.The changing water level & determined dungeon gardians make the tower of the gods a formidable fortress...

the gardian of the tower of the gods[Gohdan...the name] is a disembodied entity consisting of two large hands & a massive head[yes..it floats].when the battle begins,target target the eyes in the middle of its hands & shoot each one with TWO arrowsto make it fall to the ground & becomes uulnerable to attack[but be carful..while floating,he opens his mouth & shoots out TEN fireballs at you,dodge the fireballs as much as u can,but they follow you as well...].
