I dont think we'll get Megaman Legends 3 for a long time. :< Although, Capcom is making something called "MegaMan Online" ....that pretty much shows it's a MMO. Oh wow. MMO = Megaman online MMO. pfft.

But they have future projects with Megaman games, if anything, I'd rather have another X.... but yeah. ;p

The Beta is a Multi player demo that is for testing Halo Reach, that way Bungie can make it even better than the beta. It is ONLY accessible through the Halo 3: ODST disk on may 3rd.
