Well, I wasn't exactly being serious.But I guess it is personal taste. DB was the only anime I ever got into and enjoyed. After it was done airing I tried to watch a plethora of other anime, but found myself bored with all of it, and found the commonly shared mushy stories and bad plots, characters, and so on, very bland and hard to watch. So Dragon Ball was either SO EPIC that no other anime was worth it, or I just had bad taste in anime to begin with.
